Who we are

Heritage Yachting (“Heritage Yachting”, “we”) is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at info@heritageyachting.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address, the route, week and yacht you chose, your message, the language of the site and the page you sent it from.

To protect the form from abuse we also store a keyed hash of your IP address — not the address itself. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information about your browser to tell people from automated traffic.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, check availability and prepare a quote — steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)). Protecting the website against abuse is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

Because our service providers may store data outside Turkey, we ask for your explicit consent when you send the form (KVKK Art. 9).

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database), Google (Google Sheets, where our team manages enquiries), Vercel (website hosting) and Cloudflare (security checks). They act on our instructions and may process data in the EU, the United States or other countries under contractual safeguards. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months. If you book, we keep the related records for as long as tax and commercial law require.

Cookies and statistics

The public website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies. The security check may use technical browser storage. Staff signing in to the admin area receive a strictly necessary session cookie.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and a copy in a portable format; you can also withdraw your consent at any time. Under KVKK Article 11 you have equivalent rights. Write to us at info@heritageyachting.com. You may also complain to a data protection authority — in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

Changes

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this notice and the date above.
