These terms apply to your use of heritageyachting.com, operated by Heritage Yachting.
Information on the website
Routes are sample itineraries that captains adapt to weather and circumstances. Yacht specifications, features and photographs are given in good faith and may change. Prices and availability are confirmed only in a written quote.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve a week. A charter is booked only when we confirm it in writing and the deposit has been received; it is then governed by a separate charter agreement.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs and design of this website belong to Heritage Yachting or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
