Marmaris to Göcek

A gentle one-way week. After a first night close to Marmaris you anchor off Ekincik for the river trip to Dalyan, then follow the Kapıdağ peninsula into the Göcek gulf and its islands.

   Kapıdağ peninsula

   Quiet, pine-lined coves on the peninsula west of Göcek.

5. Day 4

   Sarsala Bay

   Next to Bedri Rahmi Bay, where the painter left a fish drawn on a rock.

6. Day 5

   Tersane Island

   The ruins of an old boatyard among olive trees, with a sheltered anchorage.

7. Day 6

   Yassıca Islands

   Low islets and shallow turquoise channels — perfect for a paddle.

8. Day 7

   Göcek

   Into Göcek for the last evening — a relaxed marina village with good restaurants.
